- Introduction to facial massage:
Massage is easily integrated into your beauty routine. It is carried out for 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week or daily for visible results more quickly. On cleansed skin and after applying a treatment oil or oily serum, follow these steps: Choose the mode based on the results and desired sensation.
- Start at the neck, from bottom to top.
- Go up from the middle of the chin to the bottom of the ears.
- Place the gua sha at the level of the nostrils and slide it to the middle of the ears.
- Gently massage under the eyes around dark circles and bags.
- Make circular movements on the frown lines, then go along the top of the eyebrows.
- Finally, massage the forehead by sliding the gua sha from the top of the nose to the top of the head.
