Delivery times

Delivery takes place in two stages:

1. Processing time:
Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed, approved, and prepared within 1 to 3 business days before being shipped.

2. Delivery time:
As soon as your package is taken care of by our carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States and Canada : 5 to 8 business days
• Europe and United Kingdom : 6 to 9 working days
• Australia : 6 to 9 working days
• Rest of the world : 9 to 12 working days

Need to return your order?

It's simple! If the product you purchased isn't right for you, Enjewl will offer you a store credit.

Return Policy

Return period : Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return conditions :

• All returns are automatically converted to store credit, allowing you to easily order another item or size.
• Items marked "FINAL SALE" or presenting a hygiene risk cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• No refunds are offered for final sale items, size errors, or changes of mind.
• If you received an incorrect item or one with a manufacturing defect, a refund will be issued. Please note that Kouvr warehouse performs strict quality control before shipping and upon receipt of returns.

Important information :

• Try on your items carefully. Items that are manually damaged or do not comply with our return policy will be refused and returned to the sender.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Initial shipping charges are not refunded or converted to store credit.
