General Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1 - Scope

These general conditions of sale and use (hereinafter the “CGV”) apply to all sales of products and services concluded between Enjewl (hereinafter the “Seller”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Seller”). -after the “Customer”) via the website https://enjewl.fr/ (hereinafter the “Site”).

Article 2 - Products and services

The Seller offers for sale jewelry and fashion accessories (hereinafter the “Products”). The Products are described and presented on the Site as accurately as possible.

Article 3 - Price

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are invoiced in addition and indicated to the Customer before validation of their order.

Article 4 - Order

The Customer places his order online by following the different stages of the order process. The order is validated by the Customer after checking the contents of their basket and accepting the General Terms and Conditions.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment for Products is made online by credit card via a secure payment system.

Article 6 - Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The delivery time is indicated on the Site and is generally 5 to 7 working days.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Article 8 - Reimbursement

In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the total amount of the order, including delivery costs, within 14 working days following receipt of the returned Product.

Article 9 - Guarantee

The Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.

Article 10 - Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, including brands, logos, designs and models, are protected by intellectual property law.

Article 11 - Liability

The Seller is responsible for the proper execution of orders and Products delivered. The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, whether caused by the Customer or by a third party.

Article 12 - Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 13 - Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

The Customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
