We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or other issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below, we will explain how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Placing an order

The ordering process at Enjewl is as simple as possible. First, add the desired product to your cart on the product page. To do this, click the black "Add to cart" button.

Here, it is important to check if you have selected the correct variants. If everything is fine, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. Enter the correct address on the information page. Make sure all information is filled in correctly. Once this information is properly entered, you can click the "Proceed to shipping" button.

You can double-check the address details you entered on the Shipping page. You will also notice that every shipment is delivered free of charge. To thank our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to payment" button.

Regarding payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. At Solofa.de, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you will always find a secure payment environment with us.


Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.



2. Submit your order

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you will want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That is why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

To obtain reasonable prices for our products, we have chosen to consolidate packages in bulk, and once we have reached our minimum quantity, we ship them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.

Attention: like many other online shops, we are very busy and there may be delays due to the Corona crisis. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Once you have placed an order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process your order. On weekdays, this takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. On average, it takes 5 to 10 days for your order to be delivered.
If you have ordered an item from us, you will easily be able to know after a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive a personal tracking code by email with which you can track your order via our tracking partner Parcel Pannel. You can find out how this works on our Track & Trace page.

3. Delivery of your order

Once your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return the product? See this page.

Defective product?
That's a shame! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot refund the money. Is it defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase price.

Have you lost a package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Delivery outside the home or to the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Enjewl covers the delivery costs of the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up by the Post, it will be automatically returned to the supplier and we will be entitled to deduct 15 euros from the amount you receive back.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


Import duties
In some cases with our packages, customs will inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we have no influence over it. It is possible that, in some cases, customs charge a small amount of import duties. But don’t worry! We find that 99% of the time, this is not the case. Are customs duties always charged? Please contact us.

Delivery outside your home or the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Enjewl covers the delivery costs of the package. If the package is not accepted or picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier and we will have the right to deduct €15 from the amount charged to you.
