General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1 - Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter the "GTC") apply to all sales of products and services concluded between Enjewl (hereinafter the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") via the website https://enjewl.fr/ (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 2 - Products and Services

The Seller offers for sale jewelry and fashion accessories (hereinafter the "Products"). The Products are described and presented on the Site as accurately as possible.

Article 3 - Prices

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC). Delivery charges are billed separately and indicated to the Customer before the validation of their order.

Article 4 - Order

The Customer places their order online by following the different steps of the ordering process. The order is validated by the Customer after verifying the contents of their cart and accepting the GTC.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment for the Products is made online by credit card via a secure payment system.

Article 6 - Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing their order. The delivery time is indicated on the Site and is generally 5 to 7 business days.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor pay penalties.

Article 8 - Refund

In case of withdrawal by the Customer, the Seller undertakes to refund the total amount of their order, including delivery charges, within 14 business days following the receipt of the returned Product.

Article 9 - Warranty

The Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site, including trademarks, logos, designs, and models, are protected by intellectual property law.

Article 11 - Liability

The Seller is responsible for the proper execution of orders and delivered Products. The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure, acts of the Customer, or acts of a third party.

Article 12 - Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 13 - Acceptance of the GTC

The Customer acknowledges having read the GTC and accepts them without reservation.
