Enjewl is committed to providing its customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the receipt date.

Refund conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, etc.).
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds for defective products:

Refunds for pre-order products:

If you cancel a pre-order, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sale or clearance products cannot be returned or refunded.
