1.Place an order

The ordering process at Enjewl is as simple as possible. First add the desired product to your cart on the product page. To do this, click on the black “Add to Cart” button.

Here it is important to check whether you have selected the correct variants. If all is well, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Enter the correct address on the information page. Make sure all information is filled out correctly. Once this information is correctly filled in, you can click on the “Proceed to shipping” button.

You can double-check the address details you entered on the Shipping page. You can also see that every shipment is delivered free of charge. To thank our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the “Proceed to payment” button.

When it comes to payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. At Solofa.de, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means that you will always find a secure payment environment with us.


Shipping costs
We cover shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.



2.Submit your order

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? So you'll want to take advantage of it as soon as possible! That's why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

In order to obtain reasonable prices for our products, we have chosen to consolidate packages in bulk and once we have reached our minimum quantity, we ship them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better, healthier world.

Please note: Like many other online stores, we are very busy and there may be delays due to the Corona crisis. Please take this into account when ordering. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Once you place an order, we need 1-3 business days to process your order. On weekdays it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or weekend it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. On average, it takes 5-10 days for your order to be delivered.
If you have ordered an item from us, you will easily know after a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive a personal tracking code by email with which you can track your order via our tracking partner Parcel Panel. You can find out how it works on our Track & Trace page.

3. Delivery of your order

Once your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return the product? See this page.

Defective product?
It's a shame! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged in transit. In this case, we always deliver a new package for free the first time and unfortunately we cannot refund the money. Is it faulty the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase price.

Have you lost a package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new package before proceeding with our refund and returns policy.

Delivery outside the home or to the post office
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Enjewl covers the costs of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected by the Post Office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we will be entitled to deduct 15 euros from the amount you receive in return.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


Import duties
In some cases of our packages, customs will carry out an inspection of the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed on July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on it. In some cases, customs may charge a small amount of import duty. But do not worry ! We find that 99% of the time this is not the case. Are customs duties still charged? Contact us please.

Delivery outside your home or post office
If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Enjewl covers the costs of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we will have the right to deduct €15 from the amount invoiced by you.
