Enjewl is committed to providing our customers with high quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you received it.
Refund conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, etc.).
- Return costs are your responsibility.
Refund procedure:

- We will send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including the original shipping charge, within 14 business days.
Refunds for defective products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement product or refund the full amount of your purchase, including the original shipping costs.
Refunds for pre-ordered products:
If you cancel a pre-order, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days.
Exceptions:
- Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale or liquidation products cannot be returned or refunded.
